At Plantitude, all of our menu items are 100% plant-based. Cheeses, sauces, dips and all proteins are lovingly made from nuts, legumes, coconuts as well as plant and grain ingredients. No dairy, eggs, meat, poultry, fish or honey are used at Plantitude - and many items are available gluten-free.
We strive to use fresh, local and organic ingredients whenever possible and are proud to partner with several Vancouver Island-based suppliers. From the farms and forests of our beautiful Cowichan Valley to local coffee roasters, beer and wine producers, we look forward to sharing it all with you.
Despite the latest indoor dining restrictions (to April 19), we are open all Easter weekend! See what is available. Join us for brunch on Thursday, Good Friday, Saturday, or Sunday from 11 am to 4 pm with our dinner menu following at 4 pm.
Our regular hours are:
Monday to Wednesday : closed
Thursday : 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Friday : 11:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. (later with Bubble reservations)
Saturday : 11:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. (later with Bubble reservations)
Sunday : 11:30 a.m. - 8 p.m.

We can no longer accept a standard reservation for. Please call us 15 minutes prior and we will let you know if we are able to accommodate you and how long it may take for us to seat you.
Tables will not be held longer than 15 minutes in order to accommodate customers already on site. Thank you for your understanding.
We are accepting reservations in our Stargazer Bubbles (minimum 2 persons). Bubbles can abe booked for lunchtime - just give us a call, table minimum $50. Or dinner time with our special tasting menu at $65 per person.
Seatings start @ 4:00 p.m.
2 seatings on Thursdays and Sundays.
3 seatings on Fridays and Saturdays.
