Why Ladysmith BC?
Situated in the heart of "The Best Street in Canada" (as named in 2017 by the Canadian Institute of Planners), Plantitude is located in downtown Ladysmith on First Avenue, 20 minutes south of Nanaimo and an hour north of Victoria, B.C.
With a mild climate that is tempered in part by its close proximity to the Pacific Ocean, Ladysmith has a small town charm (with a lower cost of living than nearby Vancouver or Victoria) that offers an incredible quality of life.
